【How to prepare】
(1) Remove the noodles from the vacuum pack and carefully separate them into two pieces.
(2) Fill a pot with hot water, add the noodles, and let sit for about 30 seconds. Then boil the noodles for about 3 minutes and strain.
(3) Put the cooked noodles into soup bowls and add toppings of your choice.
Tighten the boiled noodles in ice water to make them firmer, so that you can enjoy the original texture of the rice noodles. Dip the noodles quickly in hot water once before adding them to the soup to enjoy the warm soup.
