The clear, light soy sauce broth is made by blending refined broth with deep flavored soy sauce. The flavor of kelp broth and several kinds of vegetables are condensed to create a nostalgic soup with a light yet deep richness that you will never get tired of.

「TOKYO MENHAO」uses "Rice Flour Noodles" that do not contain any wheat gluten, commonly found in ramen noodles.We have selected half-raw noodles instead of dried noodles so you can enjoy the smooth, chewy texture only found in Rice Flour Noodles made with high quality ingredients. Our noodles are manufactured in a factory specializing in Rice Flour Noodles and does not use any allergen ingredients. People with allergies who could not eat ramen before can now enjoy the delicious taste of ramen with a peace of mind.

【How to prepare】

① Take the noodles out of the vacuum pouch and carefully divide them into two pieces.
(2) Fill a pot with hot water, add noodles and let it sit for about 30 seconds. Then boil the noodles for about 3 minutes and strain.
③ Put the soup base in a bowl, pour 360 ml of hot water and stir well until it dissolves,
④ Add the cooked noodles to the soup bowl, and add your preferred toppings.

【Recommendations】
You can enjoy the unique original texture of rice noodles, by tightening the cooked noodles in ice-water to make the noodles more firm. Quickly dip the noodles in hot water once, before putting it in the soup to enjoy the soup warm.

【Precautions】

*Please be careful not to put Oxygen Absorber into boiling water with noodles.
*Please refer to the recommended cooking time for the noodles and adjust according to your preference.
